At AirBoss Travels, we are committed to delivering outstanding travel experiences. We understand that plans can change, and this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services. Our policy complies with UK consumer protection laws and aims to be clear, fair, and transparent.

1. General Refund Policy
– All requests for cancellations and refunds must be made in writing toinfo@airbosstravels.com and will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
– Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original method of payment within 14 working days after approval.

Cancellation by the Customer

– Flight tickets, visa fees and insurance are non-refundable once issued, in accordance with airline and supplier policies.
– Certain packages or special promotions may have different cancellation terms, which will be stated clearly at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation by AirBoss Travels
– If we must cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic restrictions), you will be offered:
– A full refund of all payments made, or
– The option to rebook for another date or receive travel credit valid for 12 months.

4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable once booked:
– Flights
– Travel Insurance
– Visa Processing Fees
– Third-party event tickets (e.g., concerts, tours not operated by us)

5. Changes to Bookings
– Changes requested after booking confirmation (e.g., change of name, date, or destination) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees charged by airlines, hotels, or third-party providers.
– AirBoss Travels charges a £50 administrative fee per amendment.

6. No-Shows and Early Departures
– Customers who fail to appear at the meeting point (“no-show”) or voluntarily leave a tour early are not entitled to any refund.

7. Travel Insurance Requirement
– We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel interruptions.
– Refunds for canceled trips are not dependent on insurance coverage and must be requested according to this policy.

8. Special Circumstances
We reserve the right to assess refunds outside of this policy on a case-by-case basis for extraordinary events such as:
– Bereavement of an immediate family member (proof required)
– Serious illness or hospitalization (medical proof required)
Such refunds, if granted, may still be subject to administrative fees and supplier penalties.
